Behavioral Health Therapy
New Beginnings offers outpatient therapy for individuals seeking help in dealing with the struggles and stressors in their everyday life. We offer highly trained and experienced master-level therapists equipped with the tools and insight to help you look more carefully at the sources and solutions for your emotional, behavioral, and relationship struggles including conditions such as depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief.
Offering both telehealth and in-person sessions, New Beginnings provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. A family systems approach is utilized for our young children and teen clients. Therapists will be assigned based upon the unique needs of each client and the expertise of the counselor. Our goal is to help our clients restore personal well-being, relationship vitality, and workplace or school effectiveness.
Individual Therapy - Our highly trained and compassionate therapists are here to listen and guide you through your challenges. Whether you are seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, we have the expertise to support you. During the in-person sessions, we will utilize various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based approaches to address your specific needs. Through active listening, empathy, and effective communication, we will help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth. We understand that each individual is unique and that their therapeutic journey is deeply personal. That is why we take a holistic approach to therapy, focusing not only on your immediate concerns but also considering the broader context of your life. We aim to support your overall well-being and help you build resilience and self-empowerment.
Family Therapy - Family therapy is offered to address issues impacting the health of entire families. Family therapy examines how the collective family dynamic affects each member individually. Families work through conflict with a therapist who can facilitate the conversation, work through harmful patterns, and improve communication skills. Family therapy is a group effort – bring your partner, the kids, the in-laws, stepchildren, your siblings, or whoever else is involved with your family dynamic.
Child and Adolescent Therapy - Therapy is available for children and adolescents, aged 8 and above. Our therapists are experienced working with the child and the family to help address concerns about what is interrupting them from living a happy life. The therapists, through conversations and interactions with a child or a family, can help them to understand and resolve problems, modify behavior, and make positive changes in their lives.
